Our origins, deeply rooted in the culinary traditions of the Marche region, date back to 1970.

It all started with nonna Rosa, the new owner’s grandmother; later, the restaurant was run with love by her daughters, Carla and Raimonda, and it has been recently renovated by her grandson Luca, who managed to combine tradition and innovation, by enriching the menu with new dishes and modernising the restaurant itself.

Indeed, we believe our strength is our ability to maintain the culinary traditions passed down from nonna Rosa - master, among other things, of home-made pasta - yet with a modern reinterpretation, thanks to our chefs and qualified staff.

We became a reference point throughout the inland of Urbino thanks to the renovated restaurant structure (with 110 seats, 50 of which in the beautiful air-conditioned veranda), the spacious parking, the proximity to the historic city centre of Urbino (only 2 km away), and the passion and love for our work.

We are proud of the results we have achieved in the last few years, and most of all, of the smiles and appreciation shown by our guests for our hard work.
